D-Canvas is compatible with Android 11, 12, and 13. Please note that the app's performance may vary on different smartphone models, and it has not been tested on tablet devices. The app is exclusively available to individuals who are subscribers of the Defined Contribution pension system and fall under the operational management of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking and Japan Record Keeping Network. Users should review the app's terms of service before use. While the app itself is free, additional communication fees may apply for installation and usage, including data usage for app updates and troubleshooting. Biometric authentication requires prior registration on the user's smartphone. Jailbroken devices may experience issues with app functionality.
